Unlocked
Decision simulations from the VC Unlocked course, and the process Knoxed Capital runs on real companies — the same eight steps in both.
The simulations
Twelve interactive cases: customer interviews, the pitch room, cohorts, diligence, valuation, term sheets, cap tables and fund returns. Every actor is a scoring function you can inspect.

Students practise each step on a simulated company. The team works a real one through the same questions, in the same order.

In the course
Every number in the simulations is computed from first principles, and every persona's judgement is a weighted function the X-ray shows you. Runs are seeded, so the same choices replay the same way and can be discussed in class.
At the fund
For each step, AI can draft the assessment from what the founder sent through Xpand. The draft shows its reasoning and how confident it is, and it counts for nothing until someone on the team edits or accepts it. Every import, draft, acceptance and move is recorded with who made it.
What this is not
- Not a forecast. The simulations teach how decisions are made; their companies and figures are invented and tuned to make a point.
- Not an automated investor. Nothing here scores a company and acts on it. The tracker's decisions are made and written down by people.
- Not open. The simulations need the class password; the tracker needs a Knoxed team sign-in. This page is the only public part.
- Not a Stanford publication. Unlocked is made by Knoxed Capital for participants of the course.
